FINWARD FOUNDATION

How we handle website inquiries

This notice describes the information used when you contact Finward Foundation through this website.

Information you provide

Our inquiry forms ask for your name, email, optional organization, learning interests and message. Workshop requests may include location, audience size and timing. Please provide only what we need to understand the request.

How we use information

We use your details to respond and discuss the requested educational activity. An inquiry does not enroll you in a program or subscribe you to marketing email.

Storage and service providers

Inquiries are stored in the website database for authorized administrators. Website hosting and email services may process information to operate the site and deliver notifications. We do not sell inquiry information. We periodically review retained inquiries and remove records no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations.

Cookies and anti-spam checks

The public site does not include advertising trackers or analytics in this package. WordPress uses necessary cookies for administrator sign-in. The inquiry form uses validation, a hidden anti-spam field and a short-lived rate-limit key derived from the visitor IP address. The rate-limit key expires after ten minutes.

Children and sensitive information

Youth-program inquiries should come from an adult or authorized organization representative. These general forms are not intended to collect children’s information, Social Security numbers, account credentials, tax documents or other sensitive records.

Questions and requests

Use our Contact page to ask about information you submitted or request correction or removal where applicable. External learning links have their own privacy practices.

Updates

We will update this notice when the site’s data practices change.
